 Shining Mobile Detailing is hiring for an experienced detailer to join our team! 

We are a growing professional car detailing company servicing the Chandler Arizona area. We’re looking for someone who has an entrepreneurial spirit! You will be in charge of your own schedule! Be solely responsible for your work! A positive attitude and willingness to learn is a must. This job is perfect for someone who is a car enthusiast, thinking of starting their own car detailing company. May be in school, & needs a flexible work schedule.

Responsibilities

 

• Vacuum, Steam Clean, Vehicle’s Interior (visit our interior packages for full description)

• Wash Clean & Dry Vehicle's Exterior(visit our exterior packages for a full description)

• Maintain a regular and reliable level of attendance (Punctuality is huge for us)

• Able to keep up in a fast-paced environment 

• Perform miscellaneous job-related duties as assigned 

• Maintain a positive, empathetic and professional attitude with customers at all time

• Communicate efficiently with customers on services provided

• Acknowledge & resolve customer complaints

• Ability to stay composed when customers are upset

Requirements

• 2 Consecutive Years of Car Detailing Experience (Must be able to provide specific details on this)

• Must Speak English 

• Must Be Able To Provide Own Vehicle (Vehicle must have a large back compartment to fit detail supplies/equipments)
